Welcome! I’m Demetria. I am a military veteran, a lifelong entrepreneur, and a firm believer that it is never too late to design a life of purpose and peace.

Following my time serving in the military, where I learned firsthand the power of resilience, I’ve spent the last 30 years navigating my own major life transitions, career pivots, and family milestones as a wife, mother, and oldest sibling. Today, I use that wealth of lived experience to help others find clarity when they are standing at a crossroads.

As a life coach, my mission is to provide you with the guidance, mindset tools, and support needed to confidently step into your next chapter—whether you are navigating a career shift, a major life transition, or rediscovering who you are. 

Because the road through change can get heavy, my practice is built on two core pillars: Life Transition Coaching to map out your next steps, and dedicated Listening Services to provide a safe, confidential, and judgment-free space to vent and decompress.
